Where is Badgers Oak Veterinary Clinic located?
Badgers Oak Veterinary Clinic is located on Hastings Road in Northiam, East Sussex (TN31 6NH). We are easily accessible for pet owners from Northiam, Rye, Hastings, Tenterden, Hawkhurst, Cranbrook and the surrounding villages, with client parking available on site.
What animals do you treat?
We care for a wide variety of animals, including:

How do I book an appointment?
Appointments can be booked by calling our reception team on 01797 252321. Our friendly staff will help you arrange a convenient appointment and advise if your animal needs to be seen urgently. Alternatively, you can contact us or book via PetsApp.
What are your opening hours?
Monday to Friday: 8:30am–6:30pm
Saturday: 8:30am–1:00pm
Sunday: Closed
If your animal needs urgent veterinary attention outside our normal opening hours, please telephone the practice for emergency guidance.
Do you work with pet insurance?
Yes. We are happy to work alongside many pet insurance providers. If your pet is insured, please bring your policy details with you and our team can explain the claims process.
Do you offer emergency veterinary care out of hours?
Yes, exclusively for our registered clients. To ensure continuity of care, and because our emergency service is already operating at full capacity, we are only able to provide out-of-hours treatment for animals registered with Badgers Oak Veterinary Clinic.
This allows our veterinary team to access your animal's medical history and continue to deliver the high standard of care our clients expect. If your animal is registered with us and requires urgent veterinary attention outside our normal opening hours, please telephone the practice for advice.
