If you are a registered client and have an urgent medical emergency outside the above hours, please call our main clinic number and follow the instructions given to contact the on duty vet.

If you believe your pet is experiencing a life‑threatening emergency (severe bleeding, collapse, difficulty breathing, suspected poisoning), contact the out-of-hours service immediately.

For non-urgent enquiries outside opening hours please leave us a message on PetsApp or email - these will be dealt with during normal opening hours.
